Programme sequence
- Confidential fit No documents in first contact; authority, decision and boundary are checked.
- Written pilot contract Scope, payment, data handling, acceptance, responsibilities, evidence, publicity and exit are explicit.
- Controlled implementation The exact system and evaluation set are versioned; failures and changes are recorded.
- Acceptance readout Client and ANULUM decide to stop, narrow, repeat or expand.
- Optional public reference Nothing is published unless the client separately approves exact wording and assets in writing.
