Design partner programme

Build one credible reference without turning the client into marketing.

The programme is for an organisation with a real confidential workload and authority to evaluate a bounded private-AI system. It is paid work with acceptance evidence—not a free beta or a request for endorsement.

GOOD FIT

A decision owner exists

The organisation can name the use case, information owner, technical owner and person who may accept or stop the pilot.

GOOD FIT

The workload is testable

A representative, lawful and bounded set can support explicit quality, refusal, leakage and operating criteria.

GOOD FIT

Custody matters

On-premises, air-gapped or dedicated Swiss operation is material to the risk—not an aesthetic preference.

GOOD FIT

Negative results are useful

The client values a documented stop or narrow decision as much as an expansion recommendation.

Programme sequence

  1. Confidential fit No documents in first contact; authority, decision and boundary are checked.
  2. Written pilot contract Scope, payment, data handling, acceptance, responsibilities, evidence, publicity and exit are explicit.
  3. Controlled implementation The exact system and evaluation set are versioned; failures and changes are recorded.
  4. Acceptance readout Client and ANULUM decide to stop, narrow, repeat or expand.
  5. Optional public reference Nothing is published unless the client separately approves exact wording and assets in writing.

What the client receives

  • architecture and custody record
  • configured pilot or evaluation environment
  • acceptance set, results and negative findings
  • operating, recovery and exit recommendations
  • a decision pack usable without future purchase

What ANULUM does not take

  • automatic rights to client names, logos or quotations
  • permission to train on client material outside scope
  • permission to publish sensitive results or system details
  • a promise that every pilot will proceed to production

Propose a bounded design-partner workload.

Describe only the sector, jurisdiction, decision and custody posture in the first message.
