Model stewardship & exit

No model changes without a record.

“Always latest” is not an operating policy. ANULUM reviews model availability, licence, engine fit, quality, security and cost, then promotes only against the frozen regression contract.

  1. ObserveNew checkpoint, licence, security, engine or support change detected.
  2. ClassifyMateriality, affected workflows, data classes and obligations recorded.
  3. ReproduceExact weights, hashes, engine and configuration staged in isolation.
  4. EvaluateQuality, refusal, leakage, latency, concurrency and recovery contract rerun.
  5. DecideNamed client owner approves, rejects or requests more evidence.
  6. PromoteSigned change receipt names before/after state and rollback target.
  7. ReviewPost-change evidence and next review date recorded.

Stewardship subscription

Quarterly or triggered review, licence watch, regression execution, controlled update and rollback evidence. Exact cadence and response time belong in the support agreement.

Client-controlled exit

Architecture, manifests, configuration export, model/index rebuild, keys, offline media, warranties, restore proof and supplier-exit procedure remain with the client.
